Cancellation Policy

Hot Headz Hair Salon – Cancellation & No-Show Policy At Hot Headz Hair Salon, we value your time and ours. When you book an appointment, that time slot is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 120 hours (5 days) notice. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 120 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the services booked. No-shows will also be charged 50% of the services booked. We understand that life happens, but last-minute cancellations and no-shows make it difficult for us to fill the spot and affect our business and team. Thank you for respecting our time and policies so we can continue to provide the best service possible for all our guests.
